Quality is at the heart of Experterra. We have genuine pride and passion for the quality our work across the main trades and operate a Total Quality Management (TQM) philosophy. Experterra people are encouraged to train and acquire new skills in diverse areas from project management
(Prince 2 practioners) to the latest paint spraying technologies. We wont accept a project where we don’t self-perform all but a small number of specialist tasks and our repeat business, referrals & recommendations demonstrates the satisfaction our customers have in the quality of our work.

Price
Being frugal is a core value of Experterra. We acquire goods and services in a restrained manner, and resourcefully using already owned economic assets, goods and services, to achieve a longer term goal. Our minimal over heads and modest business premises are an example of this with indirect costs being shared across multiple enterprises. Prime costs are also low with our low direct labour rates enabling a low cost base reflected in low pricing for the scope of work and quality of finish.

Experience
Experterra can formally trace its roots in property to the early 1900’s with Edgar Wilkinson a successful Master Builder and decorator in Kensington in West London. Since then the current generation has maintained the basic trades & skills of the past in Painting, Decorating, Carpentry, Bricklaying and Plastering whilst expanding into Electrical installations, Kitchen fitting, Bathrooms, Plumbing. From our roots in the basic trades we offer in house fully qualified Chartered Surveyors, Project Managers, Electrical Engineers, Property Asset Managers , in fact all the skills required to manage your property and a property investment portfolio.

Speed
Labour only, small job and generic materials only quotes are turned around within 24 hours

We keep 20% of our capacity to accommodate short notice requests for small jobs.

We use email where possible and photographic scope of works to cut down on viewings and speed up return of information.

Jobs are photographed and are emailed to customers where they are not present at the property confirming status and completion.
